OltiPlay is a tactics board app for ultimate disc players, coaches, and teams. This policy explains what information OltiPlay may collect, how it may be used, and how to contact us.

OltiPlay is currently under development. Some features, including login and cloud sync, may not be available yet. This policy will be updated as features and service providers are confirmed.

Information We May Collect

If login is enabled, OltiPlay may collect account information such as your email address and account identifier.

OltiPlay may store user-created tactic data, including player positions, running lines, throwing lines, saved play steps, tactic names, and exported tactic images if those images are saved or synced through the app.

If you contact support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

If analytics or crash reporting is enabled later, OltiPlay may collect basic technical information such as app version, device type, operating system version, crash logs, and app usage events.

How We Use Data

We may use information to provide app features, save and sync tactics, improve reliability, understand how the app is working, and respond to support requests.

Cloud Sync and Storage

Cloud sync is planned but may not be available yet. If cloud sync is enabled, tactic data may be stored on servers so it can be available across your devices.

Third-Party Services

OltiPlay may use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, or crash reporting. When these services are confirmed, this policy and the App Store privacy information should be updated to reflect the app's actual data practices.

Your Choices

You can choose what tactic content you create and save in the app. If account features are enabled, you may contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account-related information.

Data Retention

Information may be kept for as long as needed to provide the app, support cloud sync, respond to support requests, improve reliability, or meet basic operational needs. Some backup or diagnostic information may take longer to remove.

OltiPlay is intended for players, coaches, and teams. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us.
